#Kolkata: The expelled CPIM Rajya Sabha member Ritabrata Banerjee has been in trouble after a woman lodged a complaint of rape against him. The woman Namrata Datta on October 5, tweeted that Ritabrata has raped her several times in a flat in Delhi on the pretext of marrying her. On Wednesday rubbishing woman's allegation Ritabrata filed a complaint at Garfa police station demanding stern action against the woman.
